Introducing Dr. Kevin J.A. Orieux: Corporate Culture Expert, Author and International Speaker

Introducing Dr. Kevin J.A. Orieux: Corporate Culture Expert, Author and International Speaker

Since 1993, Dr. Kevin J. A. Orieux has helped thousands of business owners, senior management executives and their rank and file employees improve their productivity by transforming their corporate culture to get in sync with the every changing complexity inherent in generational workforce attitudes.

Dr. Orieux is both a dentist (DMD) and an organizational behavioral (OB) expert. As an expert in social dynamics in the workforce he has been awarded 5 international awards of excellence in education and in 1995 became the youngest dentist in the world to receive a fellowship in the Academy of Dentistry International, an honor society whose elite membership qualify by having made contributions to dental science and dental education deemed to have a worldwide influence. Dr. Orieux has received these awards with respect to his research and teachings in the realm of creating a unified, synergistic workplace environment and healthy corporate culture.

As the founder and CEO of Ararat Consulting (https://www.araratconsulting.com) for the past 30 years he has helped CEO’s and senior management navigate the complexities of their internal working culture. His research identified the problems associated with employee disengagement in the mid 1990’s, long before disengagement became a corporate buzzword and Dr. Orieux has been at the leading edge of the diagnosing the psychological and sociological influences driving employee behavior for over 30 years – specifically involving evolutionary corporate change and how to train workforces to embrace and adapt new norms that defeat intergenerational angst at a time when we now have five generations working together at the same time.

Senior management are often perplexed, frustrated and overwhelmed when challenged with the animosity that occurs from different attitudes about work ethic from the different generations that make up their corporate environment. Dr. Orieux is impassioned about dissecting and exposing the causative roots of dysfunctional employee behavior for senior management and teaching a medically based approach to curing corporate disease. His teaching eliminates the stress, anxiety and confusion that is a universal challenge for those in management, as well as training senior leaders to create a sustainable mission minded corporate vision that employees from Generation Z and the Millennials insist on, otherwise they job-hop from one employer to another until they find the kind of corporate culture that resonates with their pursuit of work-life balance. He has great tips for managers on how to improve their corporate culture. Dr. Orieux is a master story teller who uses parables, world history and the Socratic method of teaching that is entertaining, inspiring as well as educational, expounding on the complexities of psychological principles in an everyday vernacular that any manager or team leader can understand. In essence, those who have attended his keynote addresses, corporate training workshops, seminars and lectures have walked away being able to grasp and then implement Dr. Orieux’s sociological and psychological concepts for creating a healthy corporate culture, concepts they have never heard before and certainly never heard in the kind straightforward, simplistic and useful manner that is the hallmark of Dr. Orieux’s teaching model.

As the younger adult demographic now comprises 53% of our workforce and they are steadfast in their desire to find corporations that tangibly manifest a commitment to a healthy work environment, you will want to book Dr. Kevin J. Orieux to address, teach and train your leadership team as well as your rank and file workforce in any of the following areas: ,

1) Explain the corporate significance of having for the first time in human history, five generations working together and interacting in the same workplace.

2) How to reduce employee attrition and increase employee retention

3) Which sociological factors motivate today’s younger workers

4) Describe how there has been an overarching shift in the wants, needs and desires of younger employees; most notably millennial and Gen Z.

5) Why Gen Z has a different mindset and work ethic from older co-workers

6) How sociological conditioning amongst the 30 year old and younger employees have create a phenomena called “job hopping” that has exacerbated into what is now know as Quiet Quitting and the Great Resignation.

7) Introduce different strategies that will indicate to management which employees to promote, and which employees to purge, in the face of an economic recession
